Payment-card information is processed by our payment providers. Yoga Paws does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

Please do not provide detailed medical information unless it is genuinely necessary. Participants may communicate practical adjustments without disclosing a diagnosis.

  • directly through bookings, forms, gift-card purchases, enquiries and subscriptions;

  • when participants attend or communicate with Yoga Paws;

  • from a person making a booking on someone else's behalf;

  • from publicly available sources where legally permitted.

A person making a booking for someone else should ensure that the other participant receives this policy and all relevant booking information.

  • process payments and confirm bookings;

  • deliver sessions and provide customer support;

  • administer gift cards;

  • verify participant eligibility;

  • manage Participant Agreements and safety requirements;

  • communicate changes, reminders and essential event information;

  • protect participants, animals, staff and venues;

  • investigate incidents, complaints, chargebacks and legal claims;

  • maintain financial, insurance and business records;

  • prevent fraud, misuse and security threats;

  • improve our website, services and customer experience;

  • measure website and advertising performance;

  • send marketing where consent or another lawful basis applies;

  • use approved photographs or videos for authorised purposes; and

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Consent: Processing based on a freely given choice, including non-essential cookies, promotional communications and identifiable promotional photography where consent is required.

Vital Interests: Processing necessary to protect somebody's life or physical safety in an emergency.

Where special-category information is voluntarily provided and must be processed, Yoga Paws will rely on an appropriate legal condition, such as explicit consent, vital interests or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

6. Information Required to Provide Services

Certain information is required to process a booking, verify eligibility, take payment or comply with safety and legal requirements.

If required information is not provided, Yoga Paws may be unable to complete a booking or permit participation.

Marketing, non-essential cookies and promotional photography remain optional.

7. Marketing Communications

Yoga Paws may send promotional emails or similar communications where the recipient has consented or where another lawful basis permits them.

Recipients may unsubscribe using the link within an email or by contacting support@yoga-paws.com.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect booking confirmations, event updates, safety notices or other communications necessary to provide a purchased service.

Identifiable photographs and videos are personal information.

Where consent is required, consent for promotional photography or video will be requested separately and will not be a condition of booking or attendance.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting support@yoga-paws.com. Withdrawal does not affect lawful use before withdrawal. Yoga Paws will take reasonable steps concerning future use and material under its control, although previously distributed printed material or content shared by other users may not be fully recoverable.

Special protections apply to images of children. Where required, permission will be obtained from a parent or legal guardian and, where appropriate, the child.

Yoga Paws does not ordinarily make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

Advertising and analytics services may use automated technologies to measure activity or select content, but these activities do not determine whether a person may attend a Yoga Paws session.
