If it's puppy yoga, it's probably Yoga Paws
Yoga Paws started in Australia in 2024 as what was intended to be a hobby in Brisbane. It quickly grew into the country’s largest puppy yoga organisation, with weekly sessions across nine cities and an approach centred on feel-good movement, positive puppy socialisation and animal welfare. Since then, we have collaborated with organisations including Cirque du Soleil and Porsche, while also supporting animal rescues caring for animals from rabbits to greyhounds. Following the incredible response to a pop-up event held in Luxembourg at the end of July 2026, we decided to establish Luxembourg as our first permanent European location and the starting point for Yoga Paws’ expansion across the continent. We are excited to bring the full Yoga Paws experience to a growing community across Europe.

Enjoy One Hour Of Puppy Cuddles & Feel-Good Yoga
We work with carefully selected breeders and animal welfare organisations, welcoming a different litter at each event while keeping sessions short, interactions gentle and breaks plentiful for the puppies throughout the day.

At Yoga Paws, puppy welfare shapes every part of our experience. We work with carefully selected breeders, and every session is structured around gentle interaction, regular rest breaks and the puppies’ freedom to step away whenever they choose. From sanitising our studios with veterinary-grade F10 disinfectant between sessions to encouraging calm, seated handling, everything is designed to help each puppy feel safe, comfortable and cared for.
Puppy Yoga: Your Top Questions Answered
🐾
Where do the puppies come from, and where do they go afterwards?
Yoga Paws does not breed or own any puppies. We work with carefully selected local breeders and animal welfare organisations whose puppies join us for calm, supervised socialisation. After the event, they return to their carers and continue their usual routine before eventually joining their new families.

What happens during a puppy yoga class?
Each 60-minute experience combines gentle, beginner-friendly yoga with plenty of puppy interaction. After a short welcome, your instructor leads a relaxed, floor-based class while the puppies explore and approach guests at their own pace. The session finishes with dedicated puppy playtime and a peaceful Savasana surrounded by your new four-legged friends.

What are the benefits of puppy yoga?
Puppy yoga offers a light-hearted way to move, unwind and enjoy some much-needed time with puppies. For the puppies, it provides carefully managed socialisation and positive exposure to new people, sounds and surroundings. Every interaction remains voluntary, allowing the puppies to play, explore or rest whenever they choose. Most importantly, it is an experience designed to leave everyone feeling happier.

What makes Yoga Paws, Yoga Paws
Written by the founders
You may have read above that Yoga Paws started as a fortnightly passion project. This is genuinely no exaggeration. We were both working full-time and, as lifelong animal lovers and supporters of positive puppy socialisation, wanted to create something fun for people, enriching for puppies and capable of brightening everyone’s day. From there, Yoga Paws grew across Australia, we built and trained an incredible team, and our little weekend hobby became the animal-first wellbeing experience it is today. Following an unforgettable pop-up in Luxembourg, Tea-Maria’s home country, we decided to stay permanently and make it the starting point for Yoga Paws across Europe.
Yoga Paws means the world to us, and we believe its authenticity is what makes it so special. We do not simply say that we work with responsible breeders and care about puppy welfare. We carefully select each litter, build genuine relationships, train our teams and remain involved in the details behind every event. We still read your messages, create the posts and write the spontaneous captions in between.
We also put an enormous amount of thought into making every event intentional and memorable. Our welfare protocols are designed so puppies can benefit from calm, positive socialisation while remaining free to play, explore or rest whenever they choose. At the same time, we want every guest to leave with a wonderful memory and at least one photo destined for the group chat.
That authenticity is what brings breeders back with new litters and turns first-time guests into regulars. This is Yoga Paws.
